About BalconyBuddy
A calmer checklist for container care
BalconyBuddy helps people notice what is happening in a pot before deciding what to do next.
Observe first
A calendar and forecast cannot measure moisture around roots. The garden starts with drainage and a direct soil observation.
Keep uncertainty visible
“Not sure” is a valid answer. The product asks for another check instead of turning missing information into a confident instruction.
Keep control local
The core garden works without an account or location. Accounts, city context and weather are optional additions.
What the product does
You can organize potted plants, record soil observations and care actions, and see which pots need another look. When licensed weather context is enabled, it remains supporting context and never replaces the condition you observe in the container.
What it does not do
BalconyBuddy does not diagnose plant disease, identify plants from photographs, control irrigation, or issue exact watering schedules. Its care prompts are general information and should be combined with the needs of the plant, its container and local conditions.
