Terms of use

These terms describe the intended product boundaries. They require operator and legal review before they can be treated as launch terms.

General gardening information

BalconyBuddy provides prompts to inspect potted plants and record observations. It does not provide professional horticultural, medical, veterinary, emergency or safety advice. Conditions differ by plant, pot and location, and you remain responsible for decisions about your plants and property.

Accounts and private notes

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the information you choose to save. Do not use care notes for passwords, payment information or other secrets. Personal garden information is not a public publishing feature.

Weather context

Forecasts are probabilistic and may be inaccurate for your location or time. They must not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Consult official meteorological services and relevant authorities where accuracy is critical.

Availability and changes

The prototype may change, experience interruptions or remove features. Export important garden records if you need your own copy. Material changes to launch terms or privacy behavior should be dated and communicated appropriately.

Launch information still required

The operator’s legal identity, contact details, governing terms, applicable consumer rights and jurisdiction-specific language remain unresolved. This page is intentionally excluded from search indexing until those details are completed and reviewed.
